In the previous episode, Dev saved Daimaa, who was confined by Rohan. Dev followed Rohan when he escaped with Kanha's gold jewelry.
In the last episode of Choti Bahu, Daimaa reaches the muth and informs Padma about Rohan's deeds. Meanwhile, Radhika tries her best to reach the temple on time to fulfill her vow.
Radharani plans to create hurdles for Radhika so that she does not reach to the temple, on time. In the heaven, Radharani seeks Lord Indra, Agni and Pawan's help and asks them to create hurdles for Radhika.
Lord Indra uses his magical powers due to which it starts thundering. Radhika panics and chants Lord Krishna's name. Radhika gets struck by the lightening but proceeds without caring about her pain. Lord Indra praises Radhika's devotion towards Lord Krishna.
After Lord Indra accepts his defeat, Lord Agni uses his powers due to which Radhika gets surrounded by fire.
Meanwhile, Dev chases Rohan and asks him to handover Kanha's jewelry to him. Rohan threatens to kill Dev. Radharani tells Lord Krishna that Dev's life was in danger due to Utkarshji Maharaj's curse. She states that Radhika may not be able to save Dev as she would be unable to reach the temple.
A panicked Radhika tries to find out means to cross the fire to complete her fast and save Dev's life.
Meanwhile, Dev tries to takeover the gold jewelry from Rohan.
When Radhika manages to cross the fire, Lord Agni too praises Radhika's courage and devotion towards Lord Krishna. Even after Lord Agni accepts his defeat, Radharani is confident that Radhika would be unable to reach the temple on time.
Lord Pawan uses his powers so that Radhika is unable to breathe in order to prevent her from reaching the temple at Vrindavan. Radhika finds difficult to breathe but is determined to complete her fast and therefore tries hard. She continues to chant Kanha's name even in that state. Lord Pawan too praises Radhika's devotion and accepts his defeat.
Radhika manages to reach the temple on time and offers the bowl of butter to Kanha. Radhika feels relieved as she has completed all her fasts. Â
Dev manages to take over the jewelry from Rohan. Rohan again threatens to kill Dev, if he failed to handover the jewelry to him. When Dev refuses to follow Rohan's orders, Rohan fires at Dev.
Meanwhile the goons, who had ordered Rohan to exchange the imitation jewelry with Kanha's gold jewelry, arrive. An injured Rohan manages to hide. Rohan believes that the goons had come to help him but to his surprise they threaten to kill him and asks Dev to handover the gold jewelry. Â
The goon is about to kill Rohan, but Dev stops him. Dev hands over the jewelry to the goon and requests him to set Rohan free. To Dev's surprise the goon refuses to release Rohan, instead attempts to kill Dev. Rohan comes in between and saves Dev. Rohan, however, gets injured while Dev assaults the goons.
In heaven, Radharani accepts that Radhika was Lord Krishna's greatest devotee.
When Dev and Rohan return home, Dev narrates the incident to the family. He also informs the family that Rohan had saved his life. He adds that Rohan had asked Radhika to exchange the jewelry at someone's behest. Dev further adds that Rohan has changed his behavior and so the family should forgive him.
Padma, however, is angry at Rohan and refuses to forgive him. Padma asks Rohan to leave the house. Radhika tries to convince Padma to forgive Rohan for the sake of Madhavi's happiness. Padma refuses to forgive Rohan but allows Madhavi to stay at Rajpurohit Bhawan.
Before leaving, Rohan confesses that he was not married to Madhavi. The family gets surprised when Madhavi reveals that she is Radharani.
The family further gets surprised when Lord Krishna appears. Lord Krishna informs the family about Utkarshji Maharaj's curse. He adds that in order to get rid of the curse Radhika had to keep fasts and offer bowls of butter to Kanha.
Radharani intervenes and tells the family that she had come to test Radhika as Lord Krishna believed Radhika to be his greatest devotee. Radharani announces that Radhika is not only Lord Krishna's greatest devotee but an ideal daughter, wife and a Rajpurohitayin.
Dev and Radhika seek Lord Krishna and Radharani's blessings.
